Shipping, Deliveries and Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to ship within 24 business hours and to have the products delivered to you within 3-7 Business days from the time of the receipt of your order and payment, depending on the address for delivery. The time taken to deliver the order depends on the location of the consumer and the Pincode serviceability by the courier partner. 

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 – 19.00 IST Monday through Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order

We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery. All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

To help fast-track solutions for cases such as damaged, incomplete / incorrect orders received, a video or picture of the unopened and opened package and contents there-in will be required.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your order, please inform customer service via email (kerastaseordersupport@ndslindia.com) within 48 hours of the delivery along with the unboxing video and images of the delivered product.

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, unused condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any opened or used products.

Please allow 7 – 8 working days from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
